Description

With this aerial yoga class we unlock energy and activate your body thanks to inverted postures and essential oils  (This practice is recommended for everyone).

Once we have moved the energy we can go to the cabin for a cleaning and alignment of the chakras with the help of stones and sounds.

End with a delicious Vitalizing fruit juice.
